Established in 2018 with over 30 years of building experience, Elysium Building Inspections was created by Paul and Lisa Gay who are successful luxury home build specialists, in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.  Their aim was to provide a wide range of building inspection services for the home owner, property investor or other builders with the view of supplying accurate, timely and reliable reports.

Taking the time to meet with their clients and communicate openly from the beginning of each inspection until you receive your individual report, Paul and Lisa are committed to professional solution based service.

Paul Gay

Director

Paul has combined over 30 years of experience in construction and project coordinating, attained a Diploma of Project Management and has a passion for building beautiful homes. Committed to exceeding expectations in the building industry, Paul has a keen eye for detail and draws on his extensive building experience and communication skills to provide certainty of an unbiased inspection report or building consultation.

Paul has built over 600 houses in 30 years’ starting at 16, and today has Project Management qualifications, and an award-winning track record in the building industry in both residential and commercial construction.

Lisa Gay

Director

Lisa has an advanced diploma of financial planning, has been a general duties police officer and has a ridiculously strong work ethic.

Lisa controls the day to day operation of Elysium Building Inspections and completes Meth testing of houses and units upon request detail.
